To become a Quality Assurance Board capable of supporting the university in achieving academic excellence, independence, innovation, and prominence at both national and international levels, a pioneer in the development of knowledge, technology, and humanities based on religious morality.

1. Implementing an integrated, excellent, and innovative academic quality assurance system for all university components.
2. Managing institutional and program accreditation/certification at both national and international levels.
3. Managing the implementation of the Airlangga Integrated Management System (AIMS) and Quality Assurance Management Information System (QAMIS) across all university components.
4. Ensuring a conducive academic atmosphere for education, research, and community service activities.
5. Establishing partnerships with external parties and other stakeholders in various quality assurance activities at both national and international levels.
