    1. 1. The Planning and Development Board is a supporting entity of UNAIR that assists the Rector in formulating strategic plans, as well as the plans and implementation of UNAIR’s development.<\/li>\n
    2. 2. The strategic planning includes the elaboration of UNAIR’s vision and mission, formulated in a five-year program plan for academic development and its supporting facilities to achieve UNAIR’s goals.<\/li>\n
    3. 3. The Planning and Development Board has the following duties:
      \na. Formulate UNAIR’s strategic plan;
      \nb. Develop short-term plans and implementation for UNAIR’s development;
      \nc. Develop medium-term plans and implementation for UNAIR’s development;
      \nd. Develop long-term plans and implementation for UNAIR’s development; and
      \ne. Report on the execution of its duties to the Rector.<\/li>\n
    4. 4. The Planning and Development Board is led by head and assisted by a secretary.<\/li>\n
    5. 5. The head and secretary of the Planning and Development Board are appointed and dismissed by the Rector.<\/li>\n
    6. 6. The head of the Planning and Development Board is accountable to the Rector.<\/li>\n
    7. 7. The secretary of the Planning and Development Board is accountable to the head.<\/li>\n
