Explanation of Sustained Development Goals (SDGs) especial at point 3 as a healthy life is known that all animal products for human consumption must be clean and clear. To designing the prototype &nbsp;of Rapid Test Devices (RTD) for detected residues tetracycline in carcass.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samples of&nbsp;&nbsp;five poultry carcasses&nbsp;containing tetracycline &nbsp;were tested&nbsp;using&nbsp;prototype of a strong reaction solution to fixation of tetracycline using principle bonded by ion Fe(III) at atom O in position atom C-1 at the ring of tetracycline and ion N<sup>+<\/sup>&nbsp;as functional branch of tetracycline. Assessment of &nbsp;RTD detection using yellow color presentation, with absorbance spectrometric method wavelength of &nbsp;237 nm. Result research to obtain optimum fixed tetracycline residue was using reagents for chemical reactions to be adjusted as follows; HCl and H<sub>2<\/sub>SO<sub>4<\/sub>&nbsp;dissolved in H<sub>2<\/sub>O chromatographic grade of 0.1 N and &nbsp;0.5 N of HNO<sub>3<\/sub>, 1% of Fe(III) Cl. The limit of detection (LOD) of&nbsp;RTD showed&nbsp;&nbsp;was higher &nbsp;then spectrophotometer UV-Vis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conclusion of this research showed that RTD as designed in this research, significantly can be used to detect the residue at LOD 44.764 \u03bcg\/mL during 120 min to expose by &nbsp;Light-Emitting Diode at 980 nm wavelength (p &lt;0.05).
