UNAIR NEWS<\/strong> \u2013 Various wonderful opportunities are wide open for students. One of the programs is offered by one of the largest e-commerce start-up companies in Indonesia, Lazada.<\/p>\n\n Lazada and the Directorate of Career Development, Incubation, Entrepreneurship, and Alumni Affairs (DPKKA) UNAIR promote several excellent programs in the webinar on Thursday, July 14, 2022.<\/p>\n\n Head of Employer Branding of Lazada, Samuel Ray explained Lazada\u2019s participation as a company that actively recruits interns through their third intake of Magang Merdeka program. \u201cLazada is one of the top companies that offer internship opportunities, 109 positions are available for 197 candidates from various study programs,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n Using the hybrid work model, the interns will follow the program for five months in Jakarta. The interns will also receive round-trip fare accommodation provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud).<\/p>\n\n An independent apprenticeship program at Lazada, the LazPrentice, is also available. Unlike the Magang Merdeka program, which requires third and fourth-year university students under Kemdikbud, LazPrentice is open for students from all universities and fresh graduates with less than one year of experience.<\/p>\n\n Once the candidates are accepted as Lazadians, they will get various perks and benefits. \u201cApart from the competitive compensation, interns will be guided in an induction program like a regular employee. They are going to experience the real professional work life,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n Another benefit of working at Lazada is the in-house learning program for employees and interns. It allows them to explore various types of comprehensive activities to sharpen their skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n\n Lazada also offers Lazada Forward Scholarship for university students.
