{"id":190634,"date":"2023-03-03T11:28:17","date_gmt":"2023-03-03T04:28:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unair.ac.id\/unair-masters-student-win-best-project-in-asia-youth-summit-goes-to-turkiye\/"},"modified":"2023-03-06T11:17:12","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T04:17:12","slug":"unair-masters-student-win-best-project-in-asia-youth-summit-goes-to-turkiye","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unair.ac.id\/en\/unair-masters-student-win-best-project-in-asia-youth-summit-goes-to-turkiye\/","title":{"rendered":"UNAIR master\u2019s student wins best project in Asia Youth Summit Goes To Turkiye"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>UNAIR NEWS \u2013 Universitas <u>Airlangga<\/u>\u00a0students continue to make great achievements.\u00a0This time, Affan Hasby Winurrahman, a student of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Master of Media and Communication, won\u00a0the best project\u00a0at the Asia Youth Summit Goes to Turkiye 2023.<\/p>\n\n<p>Global Youth Ambassador organized the competition and this year&#8217;s theme was\u00a0<em>Sustainable Collaboration in Public Service Action<\/em>.\u00a0In the competition, Affan presented an idea of \u200b\u200baccessibility of non-academic education in preparation for professional world.\u00a0To support his ideas, he had to go directly to several schools to make sure the ideas he put forward provided solutions to problems.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cIt was a challenge and a new experience for me, because so far, I have never been to the field alone,\u201d said Affan. <\/p>\n\n<p>His brought was called Re-course. Re-course is a project to utilize high school extracurricular activities such as training and development as career preparations. <\/p>\n\n<p>The re-course is an ongoing project from the startup business that Affan previously planned called Azdoz. It requires the collaboration of several parties, such as schools, students, and school alumni. <\/p>\n\n<p>Schools are not only places for learning but also for training which is useful in the long run and can reduce unemployment among undergraduates and high school graduates. Most of the causes of unemployment are due to a mismatch of skills and industry needs. <\/p>\n\n<p>Affan hoped that his plan could be realized. During his study at Master of Media and Communication UNAIR, he saw school institutions played a big role as an educational environment and realized the dreams of innovators to advance the nation in the realm of education. <\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cMy message for students who want to participate in a similar competition is to ensure that the problems initiated are real problems.
