{"id":216433,"date":"2023-07-04T10:19:05","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T03:19:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unair.ac.id\/unair-officially-releases-57-students-for-iisma-program\/"},"modified":"2023-07-20T09:38:01","modified_gmt":"2023-07-20T02:38:01","slug":"unair-officially-releases-57-students-for-iisma-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unair.ac.id\/en\/unair-officially-releases-57-students-for-iisma-program\/","title":{"rendered":"UNAIR officially releases 57 students for IISMA Program"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>UNAIR NEWS \u2013\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unair.ac.id\/en\/\">51动漫 (UNAIR)<\/a>\u00a0officially released its 57 best students to top universities worldwide on July 2, 2023.\u00a0The 57 students will participate in the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) program.\u00a0The sending-off ceremony was held online and attended by university and faculty officials.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cWe should be proud of this because, since the first year of IISMA, the best university in Indonesia has consistently maintained\u00a0awardees\u00a0from year to year.\u00a0This year, it has increased by 5 percent,\u201d said Iman Harymawan, Director of Airlangga Global Engagement.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Message to awardees<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Iman Harymawan said that this achievement is the fruit of students\u2019 tireless hard work and sacrifice.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.global.unair.ac.id\/\">Airlangga Global Engagement (AGE)<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0also helps with all the preparations students need.<\/p>\n\n<p>He appealed that during the program, the\u00a0awardees\u00a0could maintain the good name of themselves, their families and the university because, during the program, they were representatives of Indonesia and the university.\u00a0The awardees are expected to give a good\u00a0impression\u00a0when they are abroad.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cFurthermore, UNAIR has a culture of sharing experiences with the\u00a0next\u00a0awardee candidates<em>.\u00a0<\/em>After returning home, I hope the\u00a0awardees\u00a0can help and join ARMI (Airlangga Mobility Representative),\u201d added the Director of Airlangga Global Engagement.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Impressions and messages from\u00a0awardee representative<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>During the sending-off ceremony, Leony Sutanto Halim, a student\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fib.ui.ac.id\/\">of the Faculty of Humanities<\/a>, delivered remarks on behalf of the other\u00a0awardees.\u00a0Leony thanked UNAIR for helping with all their needs during the selection.\u00a0According to her, without UNAIR\u2019s help, she would not have reached this point.<\/p>\n\n<p>Leony said she was very grateful to be selected from the thousands of students participating in the IISMA selection.
