UNAIR NEWS<\/strong> – 51动漫<\/a> strengthens collaborations with university partners abroad to gain better global recognition. UNAIR visited university partners in Malaysia. The visit became one of UNAIR\u2019s agenda in the QS Higher Ed Summit Asia Pacific 2023 held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center from November 7th to 9th, 2023.<\/p>\n\n

To leverage its participation in the international conference, the UNAIR delegation visited potential partners a day before the largest higher education conference in the Asia-Pacific region commenced. Prof. Iman Harymawan, PhD, the Director of Airlangga Global Engagement (AGE), said that the delegation was divided into three groups to gain effective results.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cBefore the conference, we divided the delegation into three groups to visit several universities. We held meetings to collaborate with them,\u201d he said. They visited the Management & Science University (MSU), UCSI University, and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), on November 6th<\/sup>, 2023.<\/p>\n\n

UNAIR delegations, representing all faculties, schools, and divisions, visited three different universities. The delegations from the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, the Faculty of Advanced Technology and Multidiscipline, the Faculty of Science and Technology, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and the Faculty of Dental Medicine visited the Universiti Putra Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n

The delegation from the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Public Health, the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, the Faculty of Economics and Business, and the School of Postgraduate Studies visited the MSU. The delegation from the Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Vocational Studies, and Faculty of Health, Medicine, and Natural Sciences visited UCSI University.<\/p>\n\n

The visits aim to explore the collaboration potential between UNAIR and those universities in the fields of research, academic collaboration, and community service.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cWe explore the potential collaborations in the fields of research, student affairs, teaching, and community services,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n

Several agreements were reached for further collaboration in terms of student mobility, research collaboration, and double degree programs, which include the AMERTA and Lingua programs, as well as the potential for guest lecturer exchanges.<\/p>\n\n
