{"id":279897,"date":"2023-12-20T14:48:26","date_gmt":"2023-12-20T07:48:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unair.ac.id\/unair-feb-students-experience-student-exchange-in-universiti-malaya\/"},"modified":"2023-12-21T08:07:57","modified_gmt":"2023-12-21T01:07:57","slug":"unair-feb-students-experience-student-exchange-in-universiti-malaya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unair.ac.id\/en\/unair-feb-students-experience-student-exchange-in-universiti-malaya\/","title":{"rendered":"UNAIR FEB students experience student exchange in Universiti Malaya"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>UNAIR NEWS \u2013\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/unair.ac.id\/en\/\">51动漫 (UNAIR)<\/a>\u00a0continues to give opportunities for its students to study abroad.\u00a0One of them is\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/feb.unair.ac.id\/\">the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB)<\/a>\u00a0which has sent 24 of its students to Universiti Malaya (UM) in a Part-Time Outbound Program 2023 with the UM Islamic Studies Academy.<\/p>\n\n<p>The 24 delegates are Salwa Tasya, Liha Ulima, Keyla Humaira, Nabilla Fika, Arving Lailatul Fajri, Alif Fahril Aziz, Nuria Latifah, Fitri Makrifatul, Ulfiana Nanda, Nabila Yona, Jesyca, Sintya Alfafa, Diana Clarisa, Nisaa Sadiya, Rafasya Syauqila, Zanuba Firstya, Keysha Mutiara Azzahara, Nisrina Amani Taufik, Afra Bahita Fridajaya, Syanaya Ramadhani Rahmana, Diva Azzahra Pratiwi,Soni Nuriyana Mayangkari, Dhiya Basith Fauzian and Yashafi Yan Arsala.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sintya Alfafa, FEB student and PIC, shared her experiences at UM. She and other delegates had the opportunity to deliver presentations in the presence of UM lecturers.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;This essay is a selection stage from the faculty before leaving for UM. Later, the best essays can be presented at UM,&#8221; explained Fafa.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5b77a7f61efa6cc195454767aece809e\"><strong>Cultural Exchange<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>The FEB student said that she not only had the opportunity to study in the neighboring country, but she also gained experience exchanging culture with local students at UM.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;One of the most impressive series of activities was doing typical Malaysian batik crafts. This is a new experience and knowledge because so far the only batik we know is Indonesian batik,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n\n<p>The famous university in Malaysia has the Rimba Ilmu Botanic Garden. According to her, the delegates gained new knowledge about the flora and fauna in the Rimba Ilmu Botanic Garden which is well-preserved at UM.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cWhat an unforgettable experience at UM.\u00a0We learn many things outside campus.\u00a0The local students were especially\u00a0welcoming\u00a0to international students,&#8221; said Fafa.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1e2204c308033bb7c82a3a9dbc4cf6be\"><strong>Learn Malaysian history<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p>Fafa also learned the local history of Malaysia. They visited the Museum of Asian Arts. Fafa was introduced to the rare museum collections there.<\/p>\n\n<p>One of them is a Thai elephant statue from the 14th-15th century AD and there were also stone carvings, copper items, and Malay weaponry from ancient times.
