Referring to Linda A. Hill, Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, he reiterated that leadership is a process of self-development. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Leadership does not happen overnight, like building a temple. It is a lifelong learning process,&#8221; he explained. <\/p>\n\n<p>He believed that becoming a leader is a personal journey, learned through experiences and challenges. Leadership skills are developed through facing challenges and stepping out of one&#8217;s comfort zone. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;There must be a challenge to push us out of our comfort zone. When individuals are confronted with situations that require intense thinking and problem-solving, that&#8217;s when they experience growth,&#8221; he added. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1b62bb78a2070ce92b51257e62a56b1b\"><strong><span class=\"TextRun SCXW216292435 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-ID\" xml:lang=\"EN-ID\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW216292435 BCX0\">Self-awareness as <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW216292435 BCX0\">foundation of leadership<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW216292435 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW117260843 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-ID\" xml:lang=\"EN-ID\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW117260843 BCX0\">Lukman outlined that the foundation of leadership is self-awareness. <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW117260843 BCX0\">Individuals with high awareness <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW117260843 BCX0\">possess<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW117260843 BCX0\"> the <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW117260843 BCX0\">capacity<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW117260843 BCX0\"> to make insightful decisions, especially in keenly perceiving issues. Accurately assessing motivations, strengths, and weaknesses are crucial.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW117260843 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW265014095 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-ID\" xml:lang=\"EN-ID\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW265014095 BCX0\">\u201cHence, having a sufficiently elevated level of self-awareness is crucial for a leader before guiding others<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW265014095 BCX0\">,&#8221; he remarked.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW265014095 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>He noted that if someone is not prepared to lead others, leadership skills can still be utilized in self-leadership, working towards personal goals.
