This annual event was officially opened by Prof <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW103320250 BCX0\">Dr.<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW103320250 BCX0\"> Mohammad <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW103320250 BCX0\">Nasih<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW103320250 BCX0\"> SE MT Ak, the Rector of <a href=\"http:\/\/unair.ac.id\">Universitas <\/a><\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW103320250 BCX0\">Airlangga<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW103320250 BCX0\">.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW103320250 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>The opening of ACESFA, held at the Airlangga Convention Center (ACC), MERR-C Campus, gave the widest opportunities for UNAIR graduates to apply for jobs. She believes that this event can bridge the gap between education and industry. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Today&#8217;s ACESFA can connect students with their dream career choices. He hoped that this event could evaluate the obstacles faced by UNAIR graduates in finding employment. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;I hope that the partners present today can provide feedback to us, especially for fresh graduates, regarding the weaknesses in their job applications. Through the feedback you provide, solutions can be found. This way, they don&#8217;t have to wait long to get a job with decent pay,&#8221; said Prof. Nasih. <\/p>\n\n<p>Prof. Nasih emphasized that feedback from partners could serve as a consideration for the university to introduce new policies. He mentioned that higher education is no longer just about acquiring knowledge but also about obtaining employment and decent salaries. <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Partners can provide feedback. Later on, one or two curricula can be removed and replaced with real-world job-related curricula.
