\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n\nAccording to <\/span>Gancar<\/span>, UNAIR Management has taken several steps to support community readiness in <\/span>utilizing<\/span> AI. These include sending faculty members to obtain professional AI for Business competency certifications and offering courses to educate students about the urgency of digitization and AI.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n“We conduct teaching and learning activities to accommodate AI usage as personal assistants, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. For undergraduate students, we provide courses in Digital Literacy and Business, Digital Transformation. Meanwhile, for master’s students, we offer Business Information Systems courses,” he said.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\nFEB UNAIR Management <\/span>also <\/span>organizes various international seminars with practitioners and collaborates with <\/span>Universiti<\/span> Sains Malaysia (USM) to support the use of AI in the workforce. “For us, technological advancement is not something to be avoided. Instead, it should be used as a supporting factor for business progress. Therefore, FEB UNAIR plans to provide certification training for AI-based research competency in the future,” he concluded.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\nIn line with this, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia SE Ak MSi, Dean of FEB UNAIR, emphasized that FEB UNAIR students should be able to leverage technology as a driving force of their business success. “Therefore, we send faculty members to obtain competency certifications that accommodate current developments.
