UNAIR NEWS<\/strong> \u2013 Rumah Sakit 51动漫<\/a> (RSUA) has established itself as a trusted healthcare provider, known for its high-quality services and facilities. Striving for continuous improvement, RSUA has expanded its collaborations with both domestic and international partners.<\/p>\n\n

Recently, RSUA formed a partnership with Temasek Foundation \u2013 SingHealth Singapore to enhance healthcare services. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Hall Dharmawangsa RSUA, marking the potential collaboration.<\/p>\n\n

Achieving Tri Dharma<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

The partnership aims to realize the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which includes education, research, and community service through healthcare. Dr. Hamzah, Vice Director of Medical and Nursing Services at RSUA, elaborated on this goal.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cThis collaboration encompasses education, passion, and research. As a teaching hospital, we are committed to providing excellent service, which requires partnerships with various institutions. This collaboration with SingHealth aligns with our Tri Dharma mission,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n

Dr. Hamzah also cited Singapore’s advanced healthcare services as a reason for this partnership. \u201cThis agreement will provide our young doctors, general practitioners, and medical staff with opportunities for internships and educational programs,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n

Future expectations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

Dr. Hamzah hopes that this collaboration will be long-lasting and that RSUA will continue to pursue broader partnerships. \u201cWe hope this partnership will continue. As a teaching hospital, we are open to collaborations not just with SingHealth but with all interested parties. Especially now that the Minister of Health has initiated international collaborations,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n\n

Vijaya Rao, Director of the International Collaboration Office (ICO) at SingHealth, also praised the partnership. He noted that RSUA was selected for its progressive academic outlook and high standards.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cCollaboration is crucial today. Partners must share a mutual interest in learning from each other, and we found all these qualities in this hospital,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n
