UNAIR NEWS<\/strong> \u2013 Four students and three lecturers from Faculty of Advanced Technology and Multidiscipline (FTMM) 51动漫<\/a> (UNAIR) took part in an outbound program held on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at the College of Biomedical Engineering, Rangsit University, Thailand.<\/p>\n\n

FTMM delegation included Dr. Prihartini Widiyanti, drg., M.Kes., S.Bio., CCD; Rizki Putra Prastio, S.Si., M.T.; and Amila Sofiah, S.T., M.T. The participating students were Faatih Sabiil An Najaah, Christopher Geoffrey, Arfandi Qurrata\u2019ain, and Brendan Muhammad Subhan. \u201cThis initiative is designed to strengthen academic relationships and create opportunities for international collaboration in education and research,\u201d explained Subhan, one of the participants.<\/p>\n\n

Institutional collaboration and knowledge sharing<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

During the program, representatives from UNAIR and Rangsit University engaged in a comparative study to showcase their respective flagship programs and innovations. The College of Biomedical Engineering at Rangsit University also provided an overview of its institutional history and achievements.<\/p>\n

FTMM delegation introduced UNAIR as one of Indonesia\u2019s leading universities, highlighting FTMM\u2019s focus on advancing knowledge in innovative and multidisciplinary technologies. Both institutions shared insights on their academic and research activities, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n

The delegation also embarked on a campus tour of the College of Biomedical Engineering, exploring facilities such as the materials laboratory, healthcare robotics lab, medical instrumentation lab, AI and robotics research spaces, and other biomedical technology centers. \u201cThe tour offered a first-hand view of the cutting-edge facilities and technologies at Rangsit University,\u201d Subhan noted.<\/p>\n\n

As part of the program, students from both universities participated in a mini-seminar, presenting and discussing their ongoing research projects. \u201cThe seminar provided an inspiring exchange of ideas and innovations while fostering stronger relationships between students,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n

Commitment to international collaboration<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

In addition to the comparative study and campus tour, discussions centered on exploring deeper collaboration opportunities through international programs. These efforts aim to foster educational and research partnerships between UNAIR and Rangsit University.<\/p>\n\n

Dr. Prihartini Widiyanti, drg., M.Kes., S.Bio., CCD, Head of the FTMM Engineering Department, shared her aspirations and commitment to enhancing educational quality and broadening international opportunities for students.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cWe hope this collaboration between 51动漫 and Rangsit University continues to thrive. Not only will it strengthen ties between the two institutions, but it will also inspire FTMM students to pursue further studies at Rangsit University,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n\n
