51动漫<\/a> (UNAIR) reaffirmed its commitment to preparing students for the professional and global education landscape through the 41st Airlangga Career, Entrepreneurship, and Scholarship Fair (ACESFA). The event, hosted by the Directorate of Career Development, Entrepreneurship Incubation, and Alumni Affairs (DPKKA), took place on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the Airlangga Convention Center (ACC) on the MERR-C campus.<\/p><\/p>\n\nAccording to ACESFA 41 Committee Chair Hanif Fadhlillah S.A.M., SEI, public interest in the event was significant. \u201cAlhamdulillah, attendance at ACESFA 41 has already exceeded the turnout from ACESFA 40. By 2 PM today, we had registered around 6,500 visitors, and the numbers are still rising,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n\n
Stronger collaboration between internal and external partners<\/strong><\/p><\/h5>\n\nThis year\u2019s fair brought together approximately 50 companies on-site and another 30 participating virtually. \u201cWe partnered with two vendors\u2014LEVEL7, which managed the event logistics, and Kinobi, which handled the website, job postings, and CV review features,\u201d Fadhlillah said. Kinobi also streamlined the registration process by integrating job seeker and visitor barcodes, which had previously been managed separately.<\/p><\/p>\n\n
In addition to external partnerships, several internal UNAIR units were actively involved. \u201cFor catering, we collaborated with ABADA, and the bazaar was organized by students and alumni, many of whom are part of the Airlangga Youth Entrepreneur (AYE) incubator program,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n
Learning opportunities and scholarship access<\/strong><\/p><\/h5>\n\nBeyond job openings, ACESFA 41 also served as a valuable educational platform. A total of 22 companies participated in Company Sessions, each offering 10 SKP (credit points).<\/p><\/p>\n\n
\u201cOver the course of two days, students can earn up to 220 SKP, which significantly helps meet graduation requirements,\u201d Fadhlillah explained. Additionally, nine scholarship programs were promoted, including those from LPDP and UNAIR\u2019s graduate school partners. <\/p>\n\n
\u201cThis event has been really beneficial. I learned how to apply for internships directly from company representatives. I hope more major state-owned and private companies will take part in future events,\u201d said Rafi Alvin, a Communication Studies student at UNAIR.<\/p>\n\n
Fadhlillah emphasized that ACESFA should serve as a key space for both students and alumni. \u201cWe want alumni to feel that this is their home and attend in greater numbers. For students, this is a crucial opportunity to understand that preparing for a career starts early,\u201d he concluded. <\/p>\n\n
With these outcomes, UNAIR continues to demonstrate its role as a university that not only educates students but also actively supports their journey into the professional world.<\/p>\n\n
