UNAIR NEWS<\/strong> \u2013 51动漫<\/a> officially concluded its 2025 New Student Orientation (PKKMB) orientation program on Saturday, August 9, 2025. The closing ceremony was held at the Airlangga Convention Center (ACC), MERR-C Campus. Marking the end of one of the university\u2019s signature annual events, UNAIR Rector Prof. Dr. Muhammad Madyan, S.E., M.Si., M.Fin., delivered his remarks to the incoming class.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cThis is the conclusion of a journey we hope has left a lasting impression. From July 31 to August 8, 2025, you have taken part in a series of PKKMB activities\u2014demanding, yet deeply meaningful,\u201d Prof. Madyan began.<\/p>\n\n

Starting point for academic life<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

He explained that PKKMB is an opportunity for new students to become familiar with UNAIR\u2019s rich history, notable achievements, and vision for the future. The program also offers insight into how academic life is structured to make UNAIR a university of impact.<\/p>\n\n

Prof. Madyan expressed his hope that this experience would inspire every students of 51动漫 (Ksatria Airlangga). \u201cYou have been introduced to student activities, academic and non-academic facilities, and the strong sense of diversity and unity that defines the UNAIR community,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Over the past eight days, he added, the PKKMB committee designed the program to be engaging, people-centered, and academically enriching. \u201cWe want you to experience that learning at UNAIR is enjoyable, within a supportive and family-like campus environment,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n

The rector stressed that every activity was intended to enhance students\u2019 intellectual growth. Quality education, he emphasized, balances the development of both mind and character. \u201cThroughout PKKMB, you have demonstrated exceptional spirit, adaptability, and enthusiasm,\u201d said the senior lecturer from the Faculty of Economics and Business.<\/p>\n\n

Spirit of a knight<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

According to Prof. Madyan, the essence of a Ksatria Airlangga\u2014not only intelligent, but also bold in facing challenges, socially conscious, and committed to UNAIR\u2019s HEBAT values\u2014was evident throughout the program.<\/p>\n\n

He reminded students that PKKMB is only the beginning. \u201cNow that the excitement has passed, it is time to fully embrace university life. You will need perseverance and determination to achieve outstanding results in the years ahead,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n

Prof. Madyan closed by urging students to show their best potential, seize every learning opportunity, innovate, and contribute to the nation. \u201cPursue academic excellence, be active in organizations, and remember the Tri Dharma of Higher Education: education, research, and community service,\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n\n
