UNAIR NEWS<\/strong> \u2013 The Department of Management at Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), 51动漫 (UNAIR), continues to reinforce its presence in the global academic arena. This effort is underscored by the release of several internationally co-authored books produced in collaboration with scholars from multiple countries toward the end of 2025.<\/p>\n\n

Advancing global engagement<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

The collaborative publications include Cases on Entrepreneurship Education and Training in Emerging Markets, Building Global Networking for Small Medium Enterprises, Building Brand Resonance and Reputation with CSV, and Environmentally Responsible Behavior and Practices: for Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality. Another title, Demarketing: Diminishing Demand for Unsustainable Products, is currently being developed with international academic partners.<\/p>\n\n

The participation of FEB Management faculty members reflects not only sustained scholarly output but also growing confidence among international collaborators in the expertise of UNAIR academics. Prof. Dr. Gancar Candra Premananto, SE, MSi, one of the contributors, said the publication of internationally co-authored books holds strategic value for the university.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cSuch collaborations signal increasing trust from overseas academics in the competence of our faculty. These books will be read by scholars worldwide, helping to elevate the global profile of UNAIR lecturers while expanding opportunities for international citations,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n

Supporting academic learning<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

Prof. Premananto explained that the book projects grew out of academic networks already established by the study programs and the faculty. Compared with other forms of academic collaboration, such as joint teaching or joint research, co-authoring books, he noted, remains relatively uncommon.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cBecause it is still rare, this form of collaboration can generate stronger visibility and awareness among the institutions involved,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n

Beyond institutional impact, the books are expected to deliver tangible benefits for students in the FEB UNAIR Management program. Prof. Premananto said the publications will be used as learning resources aligned with course content.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cSeveral of these titles are already available free of charge through the Department of Management\u2019s virtual library. Students can use them as textbooks and reference materials, as outlined in the course learning plans,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n
