Since joining PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia in 2012, his professional journey has illustrated how a strong commitment to learning and consistent performance can lead to major career opportunities.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3a7765163cde073e2629db966852acb5\"><strong>Charting professional path<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p>Ahsanurrohim began his career at PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia in a role and placement that he initially felt were not an ideal fit. Rather than viewing this as a setback, he saw it as part of a formative process. By approaching the role with full dedication, he came to believe that his career path unfolded according to a greater plan.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cPerhaps it was by God\u2019s grace. Competition at the head office is extremely tough. Because I was stationed in Solo at the time and handled several tasks outside the legal function, it was like being a gem hidden in the grass that still shines. That made it easier for the head office to notice my work, and eventually I was reassigned there,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n<p>Once at the head office, Ahsanurrohim was able to focus on his core legal expertise. He was soon promoted to Legal and HR Assistant Manager at the Ngurah Rai Commercial SBU, a specialized business unit established through a partnership between Angkasa Pura I and GVK Service Indonesia. At the time, GVK Service was an airport management company operating in India, including Mumbai Airport. His promotion was supported in part by his strong English proficiency, a skill he had developed during his university years.<\/p>\n\n<p>After years of steady progress, Ahsanurrohim remained committed to PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia. His consistency and performance ultimately earned him the trust to assume the role of Legal Aid and Institutional Relations Group Head, while also serving as Acting Corporate Secretary Group Head. These strategic appointments reflect his sustained performance and ongoing commitment to professional development.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0781604221c74f515e32c8e341fdfd38\"><strong>Meeting challenges with personal values<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p>Like most career journeys, Ahsanurrohim\u2019s path was marked by challenges. One of them was adapting to a work environment that required frequent interaction with international colleagues. \u201cThere were expatriates from the UK and Denmark, each with different accents. Even though I was confident in my English, the challenge was still significant,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n<p>Leadership demands presented another hurdle. As someone with an introverted personality, Ahsanurrohim felt pushed to adopt a more extroverted approach. Through perseverance, he was able to rise to the challenge. \u201cBuilding trust and shaping a professional image are crucial. Those efforts have been positively recognized by management,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n\n<p>In closing, Ahsanurrohim highlighted three key qualities he believes are essential in the professional world: strong leadership, mental resilience, and a clear vision. \u201cSet global standards for yourself.
