UNAIR NEWS<\/b> \u2013 51动漫 (UNAIR) is expanding its collaborative network to build a more inclusive ecosystem for medical education and public health services. The initiative was marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding with three regional hospitals on Friday, April 10, 2026. The event took place at Aula Amerta, 4th Floor, MERR-C Campus, and was attended by UNAIR Rector Prof. Dr. Muhammad Madyan, S.E., M.Si., M.Fin., along with leaders from health-related faculties. Directors from RSUD Bangil, RSUD Grati in Pasuruan Regency, and RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu in Bangkalan were also in attendance.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Integration of Tri Dharma and research ecosystem<\/b><\/h5>\n\n

The rector commended the attendance of faculty leaders and hospital directors, emphasizing the importance of the partnership in advancing public service. \u201cTheir presence reflects UNAIR\u2019s strong commitment to collaboration with partner hospitals in education and research. ,\u201d Prof. Madyan said.<\/p>\n\n

He explained that integrating healthcare services with academic programs is expected to produce highly skilled and professional healthcare graduates, while also bridging the gap between theory and clinical practice. \u201cThis collaboration not only enhances healthcare delivery but also strengthens the learning process and the competencies of future healthcare professionals,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n

The rector added that he hopes the initial agreement will soon be translated into concrete and comprehensive programs in practice. He emphasized that broad collaboration will help improve the quality of graduates who are ready to serve the wider community. \u201cI hope this will be followed up promptly with more technical and substantive cooperation agreements, so that all programs can be implemented effectively,\u201d said the professor from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB).<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Opportunities for clinical education and patient safety<\/b><\/h5>\n\n

RSUD Bangil Director Dr. Arma Roosalina, M.Kes., highlighted the hospital\u2019s readiness to function as a fully accredited satellite teaching hospital. She noted that the high volume of daily patient visits provides a diverse and valuable learning environment for students. \u201cThe number of patients with a wide range of cases presents significant opportunities for medical students and specialists in training,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n

While serving as a primary training site, the hospital remains committed to maintaining high-quality care for the public. The integration of hospital and university systems is expected to enhance patient safety while advancing medical education. \u201cWe hope this partnership will continue in the long term and bring meaningful benefits to both the community and the students,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n\n
