The competition was held at GOR Lembah UGM, Yogyakarta, from April 3 to 5, 2026. This achievement reflects her dedication and consistency in practicing pencak silat over the past five years.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>Her motivation to participate in the championship went beyond simply testing her training results. She aimed to bring recognition to herself, her faculty, and her university. The competition also marked an important milestone in her journey before graduation.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Intensive training and consistency as key factors<\/b><\/h5>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the preparation process, Faradika followed an intensive and structured training. She focused not only on improving strength, endurance, and speed, but also on refining fundamental techniques and match strategies tailored to various situations in the arena. She trained consistently under the guidance of coaches within the Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) student organization at 51动漫, which contributed to both her technical development and mental readiness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>In addition to physical training, she also prioritized supporting factors such as maintaining a balanced diet, ensuring sufficient rest, and conducting regular evaluations after training sessions. These evaluations allowed her to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous performance development.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Managing pressure and defining victory<\/b><\/h5>\n\n<p>Despite her success, Faradika noted that her greatest challenge came from the mental aspect, particularly when facing strong opponents and the pressure of competition. She managed these challenges by staying calm, regulating her breathing, and refocusing on the strategies she had practiced.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cSometimes I motivate myself by remembering my initial goal for competing, which helps me stay mentally strong,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n<p>She added that trusting the training process played a crucial role in maintaining mental stability. This victory not only represents a personal achievement but also serves as motivation for her to continue growing, both as an athlete and as a student.
