UNAIR NEWS<\/strong> \u2013 It has become a routine agenda held annually by Darma Wanita Persatuan 51动漫 (DWP UNAIR) and BNI to share thousand packages of groceries. This time the event was held on Wednesday, on Kartini\u2019 Day, April 21, carried the theme \u201cA Thousand Basic Food Packages as the Blessing of Ramadan 1442 H for Community and Orphans in the 51动漫 Environment\u201d.<\/p>\n\n

UNAIR DWP management, UNAIR officials, and representatives from BNI Bank were attending. On that occasion, the Chairperson of DWP UNAIR Triyani Purnamawati Nasih in her speech said that this charity event was based on the blessing of the month of Ramadan and the spirit of Kartini\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n\n

Furthermore, the wife of UNAIR Rector also said that initially there is anxiety whether it is held offline as the pandemic conditions are still not over. She emphasized, the activity was only intended for representatives and the food packages were delivered directly to the recipients.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cBecause it is still a pandemic, the event was only attended by a representative of recipients. It was recorded that there were 511 recipients from the cleaning services in UNAIR and several eligible employees. The rest is for orphanages and residents in need around UNAIR campus, \u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n

Furthermore, on the same occasion UNAIR Rector Prof. Dr. Moh. Nasih in his speech said that his party did not stop giving the highest appreciation to DWP UNAIR and Bank BNI as this noble activity can be held regularly every year.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cAs far as I can remember, this activity has been going on since 2008. Hopefully, it can continue in the future. This is also a sign of welcoming blessings and kindness in the month of Ramadan, \u201csaid Prof. Nasih.<\/p>\n\n

At the end, Prof. Nasih also reflected on many changes in life that have occurred as a result of the pandemic. According to him, with this unfavorable condition, the entire ranks should have concerns.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cThis moment is precisely an effort to increase the spirit of sharing. Hopefully this joint collaboration will be continued in the future, \u201che concluded.<\/p>\n\n
