Academic success

Alex (99.90) - who is now doing a PhB in Science at ANU

I was obviously really happy with my ATAR. I studied Specialist Mathematics, Physics, English, IT/Computer Science, and Religion. I enjoyed all these subjects, which meant I was able to do well. I think I had a great community helping me and supporting me all the way through my studies. Every teacher at this school deserves a shout out for what they contributed to every member of my graduating class. They鈥檙e all so amazing! I genuinely believe that everything at this school is set up to help us succeed, and I'm very grateful!

The Vocational Program

Ruby, Class of 2022

鈥淚鈥檓 really听happy with what I was听able to study within vocational education at 51动漫. I听was able to gain industry experience through my Australian School-Based Apprenticeship, which I took听part in two days per week. It was a Women in Construction pathways program that allowed me to do electrical, carpentry, project management, landscaping, and plumbing. At school, I听took courses in Construction and Hospitality through the Trades Training Centre to gain vocational certificates and qualifications. Now that I've left school, I'm doing a full-time carpentry apprenticeship. The vocational pathway gave听me lots of options and opportunities, and it has also given听me a head start in my career.鈥
