UNAIR NEWS Graduates of 51动漫 (UNAIR) continue to demonstrate leadership prowess on the national stage, one of them is Dr. Lisnadiyanti, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes. A distinguished alumna of the doctoral program at the UNAIR Faculty of Nursing (FKp), Dr. Lisnadiyanti completed her studies. in an accelerated 2.5 years, with a perfect GPA of 4.00. Shortly after her graduation, she was appointed Rector of the Hermina Health Institute, and now leads several study programs that have secured or are currently pursuing premier “Excellent” accreditation.

Balancing academic publication and professional work

Throughout her doctoral tenure, Dr. Lisnadiyanti actively contributed to scientific literature. In her first year alone, she successfully navigated the rigorous peer-review processes of Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus-indexed journals. She regarded these editorial milestones as pivotal experiences that significantly broadened her intellectual horizons. Additionally, she participated in international symposia and collaborative innovation initiatives with the University of Malaya. Her exceptional research productivity eventually earned her a formal exemption from the Open Doctoral Defense, an honor she considered a profound validation of her academic rigor.

Dr. Lisnadiyanti檚 trajectory is particularly notable as she managed her doctoral requirements without a hiatus from her professional career. She maintained her executive role as a director governing three educational entities, fulfilling a personal pledge to her organization to remain productive while advancing her education. She attributes her success to the twin pillars of commitment and consistency. 淎 doctoral journey is not merely a test of cognitive faculty; it is an endurance trial that demands sophisticated time management and the mental fortitude to navigate complex obstacles, Dr. Lisnadiyanti emphasized.

Institutional leadership and strategic milestones

Just a fortnight following her graduation, Dr. Lisnadiyanti was formally inaugurated as the Rector of the Hermina Health Institute. Under her strategic administration, the institute achieved a “Very Good” rating from the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education (BAN-PT) and secured international ISO certification. Several departments under her purview have already attained the “Excellent” designation, with an institutional goal for all programs to reach this benchmark by the close of 2026. She expressed her presidency with deep gratitude and a commitment to meticulous stewardship. 淟eadership mandates align with our inherent capacities. Regardless of how many degrees you hold, it is your soft skills and moral compass that determine your career檚 trajectory and how your contributions are perceived by others, Dr. Lisnadiyanti concluded.
