UNAIR NEWS – The best bachelor檚 degree graduate of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences , Anggi Prawitasari said that her obstacle in study was time management. She found her comfort zone, so she did not talk much to friends who are actively interacting.
“I give lessons at home.When my class clashed with teaching schedule, I was in trouble.I’m a thinker and quiet type and compared to my friends who really like challenges, “she explained.
Her struggle during college was to get motivation to continue learning, to improve and retain what has been achieved in the future.One of them, through a small indicator, increases the GPA until she graduated with 3.98 GPA and declared the best.
“The struggle in anthropology is also related to my motivation which is often in contrast with the family.Anthropology is considered less prospective, and I want to prove it wrong, ” she said.
For her thesis, Anggi claimed to focus on the study of change, especially thetoilettraining phenomenon.The research was conducted in Kelurahan Kedungdoro, Surabaya.
“This topic was chosen based on my experience when I happened to chat with mothers in the neighborhood.I am also interested in the recent phenomenon, on the diaper waste in Surabaya rivers which is terrible, ” she said.
Anggi still gives lessons including as thesis editor of her fellow classmen before going into the professional world.She also plans to seek information about master檚 degree scholarships.
However, considering his father檚 retirement this year, Anggi must replace him as the backbone of the family because she still has a brother.The achievement, according to Anggi, was from hardwork and prayers of her parents.
“Inevitably, I must be good at managing time, learning, playing, and resting.So, the affairs in college can be finished easily.One more, do not hesitate to ask when we do not understand, “said Anggi.(*)
