UNAIR NEWS – Ineffective communication between physicians and patients may result in a medical dispute between them.Although from the dimensions ofknowledgeandsoft skillare very good, but the evidence in the affective /attitudedimension isstill not the best.Such conditions encourage Dr.Ade Armada Sutedja, dr, M.Kp, to conduct a research for his dissertation.
The scientific work allowed him to be chosen as the best graduate of the Postgraduate School of 51¶¯Âþ, in September 2017 graduation.He was graduated with 3.97 GPA.
In his research, Ade explained, about 80% of medical disputes arising between doctor-patient were triggered by less effective communication.Because communication is related tocompassionate behavior.Therefore it is necessary to developcompassionatebehaviorby general practitioners to patients, “he explained.
In 2013 he was appointed the best graduates in the FISIP Public Policy Program.This year, he got it again after going through the ordeal that caused his legs broken at four locations, namely the right and left thigh, shin, and ankle.
