UNAIR NEWS The alumni of Faculty of Economics and Business 51动漫 gathered for an event to strengthen ties.
They were attending a Gala Dinner for the 56th Anniversary FEB UNAIR held in Empire Palace Surabaya, Friday, August 11.
A representative of Class 85, Djoko Susanto shared his stories. He remembered students groups which facilitated the students interest and talent such as student football league.
In the end, Djoko hoped that FEB Alumni Association (IKAFE) can contribute and be a solid team to support UNAIR towards World Class University.
淗opefully, IKAFE can support UNAIR to be World Class University, stated Djoko.
Dean of FEB UNAIR Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, S.E., M.Si., Ak, admitted that she was a bit nervous speaking in presence of alumni and academicians.
淚 have never been this nervous because of the seniors, professors and alumni. It is a part of 56th Anniversary of FEB UNAIR and we gather here for the Gala Dinner, said Prof. Dian.
She also explained that various events have been held to celebrate the anniversary, such as a gathering of Senior High School students and teachers in FEB UNAIR, national and international seminars, morning calisthenics, a talk show with Minister of Maritime and Fisheries Susi Pudjiastuti, and the Gala Dinner.
淲e always expect support from the alumni to develop academic climate towards World Class University. Be united and support each other, advised Dean of FEB UNAIR.
There were performances and award ceremony in the gala dinner, such as professors profile video play. Awarding session to FEB lecturers and students, acoustic music performance and show by national level musician, Ari Lasso.
During his show, Ari Lasso who used to be in Management Program also said that he supported UNAIR to be a World Class University.
淔aculty of Economics (before renamed Faculty of Economics and Business) was part of my life history. I heard that Faculty of Economics and UNAIR want to be a World Class University. Hopefully we can achieve it and we can fly like an eagle, stated Ari Lasso.
