UNAIR NEWS Couple months before the end of the semester are usually used to train new members of student clubs (UKM) in 51动漫, The student club named APS (Airlangga Photography Society) has just held a training for the new members or freshmen from 16 to 18 of December 2016 in Sowan Beach, Tuban, East Java.
The training held for three days and two nights had some activities, such as photography introduction, photos hunts, discussions on photos and exhibition of the new members photos, the appointment of the exhibition committee, gathering night of new members and other active members from the classes of 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, and also alumni, and the new members inauguration.
New members are expected to hold an exhibition as committee and participants. But their pictures are to be selected first by their seniors who have more experience. Not any photos selected for the exhibition, only the best are chosen.
淥verall, the training was okay, even though there was still something in need of improvement, said Maulana Adi Panggiri, Head of APS of 2016.
Adi said that this APS training was held to create chemistry between new members. Even though some members are still closing themselves, surely but sure, they will accept new people around.
淐hemistrybetween the new members starts to built well. Maybe they just need time to completely open to new people around them. They have quite good teamwork and reliable, he said.
In the future, Adi hoped that there are more APS members, active or not, able to participate in the training. 淏ecause the training is a place for reunion for non active members and also as inspiration for members, to give them pictures of their seniors, what their settled seniors and alumni of APS in the photography world are, he said.
淗opefully in 2017 there will be more active members in the organization, in photography contests and better teamwork, he said.
