鲍狈础滨搁听狈贰奥厂– In the current era,public speakingisa very importantskillfor every individual.Unfortunately, not every individual has an innateabilityin terms ofgoodpublic speakingskill.Responding to this, the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment (PP) Student Executive Board (BEM) of 51动漫 held apublic trainingprogram entitled BEAUTYVERSITY in Kahuripan Campus C Hall on Saturday, September 1.
“BEAUTYVERSITY is the largest work program owned by the women empowerment ministry (PP).The PP program is actually sustainable.I hope my friends will take part in other activities, “said Zuama Putri as the minister PP BEM UNAIR.
Furthermore, Fairuz as the vice president of BEM UNAIR stated that the majority of population in Indonesia today are women.As much as possible not only rely on quantity, but also quality.Airlangga women are expected to be an example for other women.
“Women men comparison is currently almost 6:10 in Indonesia.Hopefully not only quantity, but also quality.I hope that later you can become role models for family and society, ” she said.
The event was opened by Herdina Indrijati, M.Psi., as a representative of Director of Student Affairs UNAIR.Herdina, who has been a judge for 15 years in Cak Ning Surabaya, said thatpublic speakingis very important.So, organizing BEAUTYVERSITY activities is something that should be appreciated.
Herdina added that inpublic speaking, not only words and beliefs needed.There are psychological aspects such as environmental adaptation.It can be seen from maturity, flexibility, and confidence.
“We do not only learn cognitively.I hope the knowledge from this training is useful and applicable.Because, in the concept of psychology, innate and environmental factors can be honed, ” she said.
“Hopefully you are not here only to come and get SKP.It is also implemented, “added the lecturer at Faculty of Psychology at UNAIR.
The activity with 200 participants presented Aris Setiawan (national motivator & Happy Training Center Founder) as apersonal skillsspeakerand Stephany Ruth Anchilla (Putri Indonesia East Java Miss Friendship 2017 & Ning Surabaya 2017) as apresentation skill speaker.And, Tasya Kamila was presented as aguest starin thesharing session.(*)
