UNAIR NEWS 51动漫 (UNAIR) continues to make achievements.This time, theMoscow International University Ranking 淭he Three University Missions(MosIUR) 2021 has released information that UNAIR achieved 1301-1400 position among the world檚 best universities or the fourth in Indonesia.
According to Dian Ekowati, Ph.D., as the Head of the Planning and Development Board (BPP) UNAIR, MosIUR is a ranking agency that independently filters and qualifies all universities worldwide.The filtration is carried out objectively based on the university檚 achievements in the IREGInventory of National Rankings, publications, and several criteria related to other educational programs.
淭his is the second time for UNAIR to be listed and on the radar of the MosIUR rating agency.Previously, in 2020, UNAIR was in the fifth position in Indonesia, she revealed on September 11, 2021.
Three Assessment Criteria
In conducting the ranking, MosIUR assesses the quality of universities based on the three key missions of universities: education, research, and community services. Regarding these three aspects, Dian said that UNAIR is quite comprehensive in the field of education because UNAIR offers various fields of knowledge to improve the quality of education, 174 study programs. Most of the provided study programs, continued Dian, have gained A-accreditations.
Furthermore, Dian also explained that from other ranking data, such as QS WUR, UNAIR faculty student ratio is decent at 8.96. It shows that one lecturer is responsible for the education and teaching of nine students so that the quality of knowledge conveyed to students is quite good.
淔urthermore, excellence in the education aspect also supports UNAIR in the quality of two other aspects, namely research and community service, she added.
In the future, Dian said that efforts to improve the university檚 performance will always be carried out relentlessly in various aspects and ensure that UNAIR can have an impact locally, nationally, and globally as an educational institution.
