UNAIR NEWS 51动漫 (UNAIR) has routinely held religious gathering every month. This time, Institute of Tropical Diseases hosted the gathering on Wednesday, September 21. Representing ITD UNAIR, Dr. H. Ahmad Fuad Hafid, said that it was the first time ever held in ITD.
淚t is the first time UNAIR religious gathering was held in ITD, hopefully it will be a routine for other institute in UNAIR, he said.
Representing UNAIR Rector, Director of Human Resources UNAIR, Dr. Purnawan Basundoro, M.Hum., said that this activity could be used to gain more religious insight and strengthen ties with other staffs in UNAIR.
淯NAIR is a big campus with lots of employees, hopefully with this religious gathering, ties among employees could be maintained, said Purnawan who was also a lecturer of Historical Science.
Ustaz Dr. H. M. Turhan Yani, in the gathering delivered a sermon on 淏uilding Harmonious Family. He explained about many aspects which can support to build a harmonious family.
First, the parents are the pillars for harmonious family as in a household it is important to support each other in life.
淎llah has made marriage as the point which ties two different hearts, so always have an intention to be a good life partner, then Allah will strengthen that intention, said Ustaz Turhan.
He also said that harmonious family can be build through good habits, such as by reciting Alquran. Furthermore, in the sermon, he also reminded the congregation on the family conflicts. But conflicts will not destroy the harmony in a family if it can be managed well.
淐onflicts always happened, but they must be managed so that it won檛 end in a divorce, he said.
Finally, he also encourage the congregation to always pray to Allah SWT so that they are blessed with religious family. (*)
