UNAIR NEWS – Business Studies Forum (FSB) Faculty of Law 51动漫 held legal discussion which involved law student from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN), Brawijaya University, Surabaya University and also UNAIR on Friday (31/3)
FSB is a semi-autonomy student community which under the auspices of executive student board (BEM) Faculty of law UNAIR focuses on business law. The legal discussion themed the role of Financial Services Authority (OJK) in order to consumer business law protection. This event was attended by 70 students.
淭he aim of this legal discussion is to make student understand banking direction as a central body in financial. Hopefully, this discussion delivered by the speakers can broaden students knowledge, Puspita Gita Devi said as a head of committee.
In the discussion, the speakers were Iwan Nicky Moses, as a Head of Education and Consumer Protection regional 4 in East Java and also Moch.Hudjir, S.H.,M.BA., MM.,Mkn., as a head sun division litigation of Bank Jatim.
The legal discussion was held at Pancasila Hall, Faculty of Law UNAIR. The event was officially opened by Dean of Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Drs. Abd Shomad., S.H., M.H. There were two topics in the discussion. First, the speaker from OJK explained about the efforts from consumer based on OJK regulation in 2013. The second presentation delivered by the speaker form Bank Jatim, about litigation of Bank Jatim.
The discussion was moderated by the banking law lecture of FH UNAIR Yuniarti, S.H.,M.H.,LL.M. the participants were enthusiastic and raised asked a lot of questions to the speakers.
In the end of event, special participants from UBAYA and UB enjoyed refreshments from UNAIR as the host. UB, UBAYA, and UNAIR are the part of regional 3 National business law community. So, the committee held the special gathering to strengthen ties.
