UNAIR NEWS Being involved in many student organizations does not stop Angga Kiryaditama, born 28th April 1995, to be the best graduate from bachelor degree, Faculty of Law in March 2017 graduation with 3.95 GPA.
He participated in many activities and organization such as became part of National Moot Court Competition A.G Pringgodigdo award V in 2015 along with Moot court Student community (KPS FH UNAIR), and the officer of Airlangga student law (KOMAHI) in 2015 -2016.
He was in two research teams with his lectures in Faculty of Law. Moveover, he was also a journal editor published by Indonesian Civil Law Lecturer (ADHAPER).
His thesis entitled 淜edudukan Penerima Fidusia atas Transaksi Jual Beli antara Pemberi Fidusia dengan Pihak Ketiga atas Objek Fidusia Berupa Benda Bukan Persediaan, explained about position of the parties to the fiduciary agreement. According to Angga, fiduciary is a trustee which is applicable based on legal law in Indonesia and also it has unique characteristics.
Currently, Angga is looking for job experience due to his dream to work in reputable law firm in Indonesia. But, it does not rule the possibility for him to choose other option, such as to be a judge, lecturer or company legal consultant.
