UNAIR NEWS –Dhimas Elham, 51¶¯Âþ (UNAIR) Faculty of Law (FH) student from class 2017 won First Runner-Up Cak Surabaya 2019. The final event was held on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Cameleon Hall 5th floor Tunjungan Plaza 6 Surabaya, Dhimas was chosen after going through several rounds of selection in Cak Ning Surabaya 2019.
“I am very grateful andsurprised by itas well,” Dhimas said.
For the fourth semester students, their motivation to participate was to make their parents proud and happy.As he was greatly supported to participate in the event.
Dhimas revealed that he did not prepare any special efforts for the event.It was his first time.Dhimas added, he only tried his best and the result was just a bonus.
Dhimas explained that he gained a lot of experience from his participation in the quarantine phase held for five days at Graha Widya Bhakti Stesia such as cooperation, tolerance, discipline, and learning to work under pressure.
An unforgettable experience for him was from the participants™ togetherness. For one year, continued Dhimas, he will carry out protocol duties from the ministry, welcome guests and officials, and participate in city government events.
“There are sometasks for a year.For example, protocol assignment from the government office, welcoming guests and officials, and participating in the government event, “he said.
Dhimas hoped that this achievement can improve the good reputation of the alma mater, including Cak association.Moreover, he also encouragedÌý³§³Ü°ù²¹²ú²¹²â²¹studentsto explore thecity ‹‹of Surabaya more.
As Surabaya City does not only have big malls.There are also awesome natural attractions.Hopefully, the city of Surabaya will gain more recognition globally.
“My advice toarek-arekÌý³§³Ü°ù²¹²ú²¹²â²¹,exploreÌý³§³Ü°ù²¹²ú²¹²â²¹ because we have lots to offer in a tour and they are cool,” he said.(*)
