UNAIR NEWS and detik.com collaborate together in #DemiIndonesia Goes to Campus at the Airlangga Convention Center MERR-C Campus on Thursday, May 25, 2023. The event aims to encourage Indonesian youngsters to dare to express themselves.

Sumenep Regent Achmad Fauzi emphasized the role of the youth in building the future of Indonesia in the next decades. 淚ndonesia will keep advancing because it is built on mutual cooperation, shared vision, and a relentless pursuit of achieving goals in order to compete with other countries, he explained.
Known as the Island of Oxygen, Sumenep is one of the invaluable treasures of the nation. This natural wealth must be preserved and conserved.
The Regent further stated that #DemiIndonesia Goes to Campus encourages youngsters to dare to move forward. 淜eep going, that檚 how we continue our life journey. As a leader, we should set examples before giving orders.
Fauzi檚 program of relocating street vendors in the Kota Keris (the City of Keris) attempts to improve the welfare of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia. It sets an example for the young generation to keep moving forward in every aspect of life.
