One of them is the implementation of the Integrated Mediator Training of Trainers (TOT) organized by the Research and Development Agency for Law and Judicial Training of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia from 19 September to 10 October 2022. In addition, Dian Purnama also explained that participating in the training organized by the Research and Development Agency for Law and Judicial Training of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia is a rare opportunity because it is usually only reserved for judges. “We are honored to be invited as participants in this training, and it turns out that we are also able to compete with other judges,” he said.

He also considered that the training was carried out very well, which combined online and offline learning. Online learning is carried out through regular and independent meetings by completing nineteen training modules for mediators. Various assignments of the course are also given almost every day and have been completed. While offline training is carried out by conducting practicum, discussion, and group work for teaching methods and techniques. Various assessment of the training participants was also carried out from the activity, presentation, work exhibition, and micro-teaching. The most significant component of the evaluation is the preparation of learning documents consisting of Modules, Learning Plans (RP), Learning Program Designs (RBPP), and Training Course Learning Designs (RBPMP).
