UNAIR NEWS “ 51¶¯Âþ (UNAIR) is holding a national-level Airlangga Science Olympiad (OSA) competition for SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students. This competition aims to improve the quality of education and boost student™s motivation, especially in the field of science in Indonesia. This OSA was held offline through a Computer Based Test (CBT) at MERR C Campus, 51¶¯Âþ, on January 13 “ 14, 2024.
This Olympiad is divided into two fields, Science and Technology (Saintek) and Social and Humanities (Soshum). In the field of Science and Technology, the materials tested include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Meanwhile, for Social Humanities, the materials tested are Mathematics, History, Economics, and Sociology-Anthropology. This olympiad is individual.ÌýÌý

This competition offers several benefits, such as OSA Certificates acquired via respective accounts, which contain information on score achievements per material and achievement category. This certificate can be used as an academic achievement to apply for SNBP/Mandiri Achievement with the choice of Universitas Airlangga. Participants can download certificates via their respective accounts according to the certificate download schedule.ÌýÌýÌý
The examÌý
The Olympiad is held once according to the OSA field of choice. Participants can see the implementation schedule listed on the 2024 OSA Participant Card. The exam duration is 140 minutes for each field and participants are expected to wear their respective school uniforms during the exam.
