UNAIR NEWS “ Students from 51¶¯Âþ (), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), and Universitas ˜Aisyiyah (UNISA) Yogyakarta carried out a community service program at Brainy Bunch, Selangor Malaysia to strengthen international collaboration in education and health. The activity reflected an international partnership that combined learning, social engagement, and health promotion through creative and engaging approaches.

The program centered on basic health education for children under the theme of promoting healthy habits from an early age. Students introduced proper tooth brushing techniques, the concept of a simple plate, for balanced nutrition and the importance of personal hygiene. Using an interactive approach, children not only received information but also practiced these habits directly with enthusiasm.

The activity became more vibrant when students led an ice-breaking session featuring group zumba accompanied by energetic music. The children™s laughter and enthusiasm showed that health education can be delivered in an enjoyable way. Following the session, activities continued with group singing and a shared lunch creating a warm and friendly atmosphere between students and participants. The program concluded with a group photo symbolizing unity and cross-cultural collaboration. Through this activity, students not only shared knowledge but also gained experience in communicating and engaging with communities in an international setting.

The collaboration between UNAIR, UiTM, and UNISA Yogyakarta is expected to serve as a meaningful step in strengthening international partnerships, particularly in education and community service. The initiative demonstrated that the spirit of learning and sharing goes beyond national boundaries and grows from a shared commitment to build a healthier, more knowledgeable, and more socially aware society.
