UNAIR NEWS There were 420 posters of innovation in Student Creativity Program (PKM) in the 30th National Student Science Week, being judged on Thursday, August 24. It is different from the previous events as it is the first phase of the competition. It used to be done after the presentation phase.
滻t is merely for technical reason, as it is done outdoor. If it was done at the last phase, there would be possible damage or lost posters, so it would disrupt the whole process, said a committee member from Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI), the host of 30th PIMNAS.

After the judging, student packed the other supporting stuff and left only the posters. The posters were attached along the roofed pavement around the park of UMI.
Head of the contingent of PIMNAS UNAIR, Agus Widyantoro, SH., MH., was worried that the posters could be lost, therefore UNAIR students posters were set on Thursday morning before the judging session. The other teams also did the same thing, and especially for Invention and Technology Application PKM, their posters were supported with their prototypes.
漌e were worried yesterday, therefore, we set all the property and prototypes on Thursday morning, said a student from ITB Bandung.
PIMNAS UNAIR poster supervisors, Pulung Siswanto and Kustiawan Tri Pursetyo, were sure that among 11 posters of UNAIR students, there will be winners.

漈here was a judge coming to UNAIR student檚 poster once again , to know the detail, generally the judges do not check twice, said Kustiawan, a lecture of Faculty of Fisheries and Marine.
淚檓 optimistic, our posters winning some medals, that檚 the tradition, added Pulung, in the base camp of in Faculty of Law UMI Makassar. (*)
