UNAIR NEWS 撎One of many ideas stated by 51动漫 Graduates Family (IKA-UA) is concerning law they hope the government will enforce dignified law. The idea was put forward after they observe that law enforcement in Indonesia was still topsy-turvy. Pancasila should be used as the base in enforcing law. Law experts are hoped to possess high nationalism and work as hard as they can to enforce law.
IKA-UA believes that law education in various universities must be able to produce graduates who are not only good at citing articles, but also full of moral and righteous intellectuals who guide law, said Drs. Ec. Haryanto Basoeni, Chairman I IKA-UA Central Executive when he declared IKA-UA Leading Thoughts, especially in law and technology sectors, during East Java IKA-UA inauguration, Saturday (4/2).
Leading thoughts in technology sector, although the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine is a new faculty at UNAIR, but IKA-UA together with UNAIR support the usage of advantages in maritime and fisheries sector. IKA-UA realize that NKRI is a maritime country based on national outlook, including islands and Exclusive Economic Zone (ZEE) all are sovereignty of the state. And all are natural resources which have to be maintained and used for the prosperity of the nation.
That is the reason IKA-UA pushes the government to speed up development in marine and fisheries sector. UNAIR is very competent in culture and management sector. IKA UA believes that this sector will become a reliable sector in prospering people, and Indonesia will not be left behind in this sector compared to other developed countries.
In this light, IKA-UA also reminded central government to not forget the furthest territories of Indonesia.听听and its graduates were ready to help building under-developed and the furthest territories. One of UNAIR檚 idea was a plan to build 51动漫 Floating Hospital (RSA).
The government and UNAIR was hoped to focus on the development of biomedical听听 听technology:听creating biocensor, new medicines, vaccine, diagnostic, bio-informatic, and regenerative听technology (stem cell).
Moreover, food technology: reproduction technology (creating population based on reproduction engineering like Artificial Insemination (IB) dissemination throughout Indonesia, stem-cell-based germ plasma conservation (animals, medicinal plant, endangered, found only in Indonesia), creating bio-technology based products.
51动漫 also determined to help the government in the sector of food independence, in this case meat, so that import can be reduced and save the nation檚 reserve. So far UNAIR had been able to increase the production of superior livestock (cow, goat and sheep) and inseminator manpower in order to implement Agricultural Ministry program: SIW AB (one mother must pregnant), especially productive female cow to fulfil the meat need in Indonesia.
Developing sex separation biotechnology-base frozen cement to supply male and female frozen cement. Quality livestock fodder by utilizing superior university product, such as enzyme, probiotic and fennentation to boost fodder digestive power to increase milk, eggs, and meat production.
UNAIR graduates also suggested that the government prioritize pharmacy, in light of the fact that Indonesia was rich with natural resources as the ingredient of medicines so that Indonesia no longer have to import them. UNAIR had been able to produce biotechnology-based medicine ingredient. Moreover, UNAIR was very competent in herbal sector. Thus, development in this sector needed to be taken care of. (*)
