UNAIR NEWS – Today many youngsters develop start- up businesses. The start- up business is a business that applies technological innovations in its implementation.
For this reason, Ministry of Economy of Partnership Faculty of Vocational Studies Student Executive Board collaborated with the Center for Career and Entrepreneurship Development (PPKK) to hold an entrepreneurial talkshow titled ‘Set Your Mind, Take Action, Get Ready To Be Young Entrepreneur’.
The talkshow washeld on Sunday, September 9 at Kahuripan Hall Campus C UNAIR.On this occasion, there were three main speakers who are successful with their business.They are Niko Al Hakim Owner of Fried Taichan, dr.Gamal Albinsaid CEO of Indonesia Medika, and Edward Widjonarko CEO ofcicil.co.id听.
On this occasion, CEO ofcicil.co.idshared his business experience.According to him, every entrepreneur must dare to start and then to find something unique in the business.“Determine the next target market.This unique thing will attract market attention, “said Edward.
Furthermore, from the health sector point of view, Dr.Gamal Albinsaid said that every field of work does not limit anyone to become an entrepreneur.

The last speaker, Niko Al-Hakim, shared tips on dealing with a business problem, both internal and external.The owner of Fried Taichan said thatgood human resourcesdevelopmentis the main thing in employee recruitments.He also said that good time management is the most important part of being able tohandlea job.
“The three speakers we invited were representatives and at the same time represented the three departments in Faculty of Vocational Studies, engineering department, business department, and health department,” said Rizki Aditya, Minister of Economy, BEM Partnership, Vocational Faculty, UNAIR.
“I was quiteexcitedabout the number of attendees.It was unexpected.Moreover, our participants were quite diverse, ranging from new students, co-as students, to practitioners, “explained Rizki.
“Hopefully with this event, the students in industrial revolution 4.0 era will not only get knowledge and motivation but must have the courage totake actionfor entrepreneurship,” added UNAIR Faculty of Radiology Imaging Technology Faculty of Vocational Studies student.(*)
