UNAIR NEWS – To achieve Top 500 Universities of the world, 51动漫 is involving the participation of 51动漫 Alumni Association (IKA-UA).
Representatives IKA-UA had a meeting with UNAIR Rector, Vice Rector IV UNAIR, as well as the Head of Planning and Development Board (BPP) UNAIR in Kahuripan Room 301, Management Office Building on Thursday (7/1).
UNAIR Rector, Prof. Dr. M. Nasih, SE, MT, Ak, said that the feedback from the alumni will be used as materials for the strategic plan (strategic plan). “However, the alumni UNAIR are scattered everywhere and they have a lot of experience. Thus, they could see UNAIR from a different perspective. We hope there are inputs from the alumni to enhance our current strategic plan further, ” said UNAIR Rector .
In addition, through the meeting with representatives of IKA-UA, Prof. Nasih also hoped attachment between alumni UNAIR is even closer. Head of BPP, Munir Badri Sukoco, SE, MBA., Ph.D, said that the alumni UNAIR is one of the strategic resources. According to Badri, the alumni play their roles in two aspects. Namely, the academic reputation and as employers.
“They serve to improve university檚 academic reputation to be better as those who require the services of a person, definitely consider the origin of the person. Including, the aspect of academic reputation where he was in college, ” said Badri.
The meeting between UNAIR officials and representatives of UNAIR IKA-UA generated some inputs. Among them, improvement on alumni database to be more comprehensive, strengthening cooperation with IKA commissariat of each faculty, and regular update on UNAIR to alumni. (*)
