UNAIR NEWS –“Studying at UNAIR is fun and exciting.I suggest you choose a department that suits yourselves.If you made a wrong choice, you yourselves will pay the price, “said Abdullah, a bachelor檚 degree student of Information Systems as well as alumnus of Madrasah Aliyah Kanjeng Sepuh Gresik.
It was stated by Abdullah with his friends who had been graduated from MA Kanjeng Sepuh, in front of a hundred of MA Kanjeng Sepuh who visited 51动漫 on Wednesday, September 27, at the Student Center Hall of Campus C UNAIR.The visit of senior high school students is a routine event held by UNAIR Information and Public Relations Center.
During the visit, hundreds of students and representatives of teachers and principals paid attention to a presentation from UNAIR PIH staff Hedy Dyah Syahputri, S.Ikom., and a staff of Student Admission Center, Taufiq M.Si.
The presentation on UNAIR profile information and selection process for admissions at UNAIR was interesting.
The students of MA Kanjeng Sepuh were also quite active in responding by giving nice questions.They want to know more about the facilities and admissions at UNAIR.
“What about UNAIR’s facilities for children with disabilities?Is the entrance path different or the same? “one student asked.
Responding to the question, Hedy explained that UNAIR campus is equipped with facilities that are responsive to academicians with disability.“For example, in the Faculty of Public Health there is a road that can be passed by wheelchair,” said Hedy.
Taufiq who is also a lecturer of the Faculty of Science and Technology said, the learning process at UNAIR did not apply discrimination to anyone.But to be admitted at UNAIR, prospective students must pay attention to the requirements of programs.
“For example, in the Faculty of Medicine.To be a doctor, students should not have color blindness.In Midwifery undergraduate program, they do not accept male students, “explained Taufiq.
There was a question from Kanjeng Sepuh MA student on the minimum orpassing gradelimit.“Ispassing gradecan be used as a benchmark to enter UNAIR?,” asked the students.
Responding to that, Taufiq advised that students should not make the minimum value limit as a reference in choosing a program at college.According to Taufiq, students should improve their quality by learning and making achievements if they want to be accepted in UNAIR.
“The important thing is the to learn and make achievements continuously,” said Taufiq.
