UNAIR NEWS Tri Widiandani had to back and forth between Surabaya and Jogjakarta to study, but it made best result for her. The mother of three achieves the best graduate of doctoral program of Pharmacy and acquired best GPA 4.00. according to her, she took two countries for completing her dissertation.

The women who addressed as Dian admitted that the struggle was not easy for her because she had to manage her time to teach, to study and manage her family. Dian began her career as lecture in 2005 and until now she has been teaching at UNAIR. From 2004 to 2013 she has been as APA and PSA at Rumaisha Drugstre Surabaya.
The woman who is also the founder of Binar Indonesia Foundation raised the topic about dissertation on the modification of the structure of 13 derived compounds entitled “Modification of Structures-N (Alikarbamotionil) benzamide and Quantitative Relation of Cytotoxic Activity Structure on MCF-7 / HER-2 Breast Cancer Cells”. She chose the topic because breast cancer is one of the biggest causes of death for women worldwide.

After graduates, she chose to run her activity as lecturer and housewife. ”I have owed money to my family, because I often left them a while for research either in Indonesia or abroad, so I have to spend more time for my family and as a lecturer,” he said.
Dian also advised the students in conducting research or college tasks, to keep trying consistently, keep motivated, They should have progress in every day, and do fun when saturated. “The most important thing is the prayer and blessing of our own family” hshe added. (*)
