UNAIR NEWSÌý“ 51¶¯Âþ continues to improve cooperation with Bank Mandiri in various aspects, one of them is in infrastructure development.ÌýThis time, the cooperation was carried out in the construction of a new building of UNAIR Health Service Center (PLK) to improve health services.ÌýThe construction was marked by the groundbreaking event at the UNAIR PLK site, on Friday, February 9.
Director of Operations Ogi Prastomiyono, in his speech expressed his thanks as UNAIR for the financial needs and transactions have been using Bank Mandiri services.ÌýThus, as a form ofÌýCorporate Social ResponsibilityÌý(CSR) in the field of health, Bank Mandiri allocated 2 billion rupiah to revitalize UNAIR Health Service Center (PLK).
“Hopefully PLK UNAIR will be even better in health services.ÌýIn line with the value of UNAIR, excellence with morality,Ìý which means morality and service to the community, “he said.
Meanwhile, the Rector of UNAIR Prof.ÌýDr.ÌýMoh.ÌýNasih, SE, MT., Ak., CMA., also thanked Bank Mandiri for becoming a strategic partner who has ceaselessly provided support.ÌýApart from that, there are still many homework, such as the construction in Campus C. There is 15 ha which has not been utilized.

Related to the construction of the new building of PLK, Head of PLK UNAIR Dr.ÌýErnawati, drg., M.Kes said that the facilities will be available gradually.ÌýAs planned, in the two-story building, there will be various rooms, ranging from Maternal and Child Health (KIA), Maternity, laboratory to batra room which will become a space for the Faculty of Vocational Studies especially the field of batra or traditional medicine.
“PLK clinic occupies the former house of lecturers, especially when the rain flushed and flooded due to a blockage.ÌýSo when the infrastructure gets better, then the service will be better too, “explained Ernawati.
On different occasions, Ogi explained that the cooperation between UNAIR and Bank Mandiri will continue to be established in the long term.ÌýThere will be more collaborations, such as the process of renting a library’s first floor for 20 years for the operational office.
