This morning (14/11/2022) all staff of the Faculty of Pharmacy, 51动漫 (FF UNAIR) starting from lecturers to education staff (tendik) were invited to take part in the Socialization of Employee Performance Targets (SKP).
This activity is a roadshow from the Directorate of Human Resources (HR) UNAIR to socialize changes in the format for making SKP. Attended by FF UNAIR lecturers and students, the event ran smoothly in the 1st floor of the Hall of the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building.
In this socialization, the designated material provider was Mrs. Inna Kuswandari who is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Science and Technology UNAIR. He explained in detail regarding the procedure for filling out and how the format of the new SKP was intended. He also explained that the new SKP format is in accordance with the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 6 of 2022.
After the presentation session on SKP material with the new format was over, the team from the HR Directorate invited the attendees to ask questions. During the question and answer session, several lecturers and students asked questions regarding the details of completing the SKP according to their job and position.
