Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR) held a workshop for Education Personnel (Tendik) on November 27, 2022. The activity entitled “Workshop on Mapping and Evaluation of Teaching Personnel Performance in Implementation of MBKM Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University” was successfully carried out in the presence of Leaders and participants the workshop which is all Tendik in FF UNAIR environment.
Actually this event is a follow-up activity from the previous performance evaluation. However, at this time the mapping of FF UNAIR staff positions was also discussed to facilitate the process of developing and distributing staff according to their competence and of course according to the needs of the faculty. Equally important, the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program was also discussed at this activity.
After the event was opened, all workshop participants were divided into 4 groups based on their respective sub-sections, namely Finance & Human Resources, Education & Student Affairs, Infrastructure, and Laboratory Services. Each group conducts discussions related to some of the discussions that have been set. Then, each group will present the results of their discussion. The Leaders who were present also gave suggestions and evaluations on the results of the discussions of each group.
Not only discussing, all workshop participants also had the opportunity to gain knowledge regarding “Capacity Building” delivered by Mr. Afif Kurniawan, S.Psi., M.Psi. as a resource person. Pak Afif, his nickname, is also an Active Lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology UNAIR.
Not only sharing knowledge through presentations, Pak Afif also invited all workshop participants to play games that hone concentration and teamwork. The participants get some important points implied in the game.
“Through this game, we learn that to achieve success, we must support each other and cannot stand alone,” said Mr. Danny Zulkarnain Lubis, a staff member of the FF UNAIR Finance Department.
