Coating School Surabaya 2024 activities took place at FF UNAIR
Having the title as the best pharmacy faculty in Indonesia certainly makes the Faculty of Pharmacy, 51动漫 (FF UNAIR) continue to be determined to carry out various useful activities and collaborate with various parties. Recently FF UNAIR collaborated with Colorcon Indonesia and PT Menjangan Sakti as the distributor company that oversees Colorcon Indonesia to carry out “Coating School Surabaya 2024”.
This activity, which will take place from 6 to 7 June 2024, will take place in the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building, which is the FF UNAIR building. A total of 16 participants who were staff at several pharmaceutical companies and universities went straight to the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building Hall on Thursday (7/6/2024) morning to listen to remarks and material presentations. The presentation of the material at that time was delivered by Mr. Glenn Russell, Mr. Stefanus Yuno, and Mr. Andita Pra Darma as part of Colorcon Indonesia and Prof. Dr. apt. M. Yuwono, MS. and Dr.rer.nat. apt. Maria Lucia Ardhani Dwi Lestari, M.PharmSci. which is part of FF UNAIR.
After listening to the presentation of the material, the next agenda is a hands-on lab trial. The participants were invited to practice tablet coating, pellet coating, as well as tablet characterization and evaluation. All of these activities were carried out in FF UNAIR’s laboratories, namely the MPL 4 laboratory, MPL 5 laboratory and coating laboratory.
Through this collaboration between FF UNAIR and Colorcon Indonesia, it is hoped that the “Coating School Surabaya 2024” activity can advance the world of pharmacy through the training and knowledge provided to the participants. It is hoped that the impact will reach the community to improve the quality of health. This collaboration is a manifestation that FF UNAIR supports SDGs point 17 “Partnership for the goals”
