(03/05/2023) | Eid al-Fitr is synonymous with the culture of forgiving each other, which means returning to nature. Like This was carried out by the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in room 303 on Tuesday (2/5/2023) with a series of events.
This Halal bi-Halal activity was attended by the academic community, including lecturers, and teaching staff, to several students from the Semi-Autonomous Body in FH UNAIR. Still, several invitees attended this Halal bi Halal, such as representatives of PERADI Surabaya branch and there were also FH UNAIR Alumni Association.
Before entering the main event to greet each other, Iman Prihandono, Ph.D as the Dean of FH UNAIR, gave a few opening sentences by wishing all academics a happy Eid Al-Fitr. He also gave several achievements FH UNAIR achieved, one of which included in the Edu Rank assessment with the position of the best Faculty of Law in Indonesia in 2nd position and 70th position at the Asian level. “With the existing achievements, we must work together to achieve even better in the future. Therefore, the synergy between lecturers, students, and students must be increased so that it becomes motivation not to be easily satisfied with existing achievements.” said the Dean of FH UNAIR. Prof. Dr. Didik Endro Purwoleksono, Chair of the Faculty Advisory Board (BPF) FH UNAIR, also expressed pride for all FH UNAIR’s achievements together.
After the opening, it was followed by reading a prayer as a closing series led directly by Dr. M. Syaiful Aris as Deputy Dean II. With the end of the opening series, until was closed with a prayer, followed by a procession of greetings by the academic community; it did not stop there; this event was also continued with a shared meal which was provided by telling stories to each other between lecturers, students to students to make plans for each other and Halal bi activities. Halal is a process to strengthen friendly relations between FH UNAIR academics mutually.
