In realizing one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely community service, the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, collaborates with several agencies, one of which is an East Java regional-owned business entity engaged in banking. This collaboration was formalized by signing an agreement on Tuesday (28/3/2023).
Both parties followed the signing of the agreement. From PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bank Jatim Tbk. which represented by Tony Prasetyo Director of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bank Jatim Tbk. and some of the staff. From FH UNAIR, Iman Prihandono, Ph.D. as Dean, Dian Purnama Anugerah, Director of ALC, Dr. Widhayani Dian Pawestri, S.H., M.H., as well as several staff from ALC did not forget to participate in the process of signing the agreement. ALC is a work unit under FH UNAIR that organizes training and other further legal education activities.
This agreement contains several essential aspects, the most important regarding legal services. This service includes legal consultation, legal opinion (Legal Opinion), and review of legal documents. Several agenda items in the agreement are carried out several times each month. With this agreement, a good relationship will be realized between FH UNAIR and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk., which can be mutually beneficial both in terms of legal academics and legal services in its implementation.
“This stage of the agreement is the first step in the collaboration between the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. as a form of contribution from the Faculty of Law, 51动漫 in realizing community service through the field of law, by providing useful legal services,” said Dian Purnama, Director of ALC FH UNAIR.
Not only in the form of consulting services, legal opinion (Legal Opinion), and legal assistance, it is hoped that this agreement can also hold legal seminars to provide legal views by FH UNAIR academics, which will later be held with topics and issues adapted to legal developments by PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bank Jatim Tbk.
