With high rankings, competencies, and expertise, FH Unair is committed to collaborating with the Faculty of Law from other campuses throughout Indonesia. FH Unair recently collaborated with two universities with the Faculty of Law in Indonesia. The two universities are Halu Oleo University and also Nusa Cendana University.
The UHO Faculty of Law visit was held on Thursday (11/5/2023). The visit had two crucial points, namely a comparative study on opening the Master of Law Study Program and also strengthening cooperation in the MBKM sector, specifically MBKM Merdeka Belajar. UHO wanted to study and be guided by the business processes that have been going on for a long time at FH Unair related to the Master of Law Study Program because FH Unair opened the program in 1978, making UNAIR Master of Law Study Program (MIH Study Program) one of the MIH Study Programs. Oldest, best, and leading in Indonesia.
While the visit by the Faculty of Law of Nusa Cendana University was held on Monday (15/5/2023), the focus of the discussion between Nusa Cendana University and the Faculty of Law of Airlangga University was a comparative study on the opening of the Notary Masters Study Program. This was also done because FH Unair has had a Notary Masters’s Study Program since 1994. Which means it has been established for 29 years. This visit was also facilitated by Dr. Indira Retno Aryatie, S.H., M.Hum as Head/Coordinator of the Notary Masters Program.
The agenda for both visits started as usual. The visit was opened by Iman Prihandono, S.H., M.H., LL.M., Ph.D as the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, and faculty leaders. Then the guest conveys the purpose of his arrival following the critical points mentioned above. Then the Faculty of Law Unair explained the mechanism and structure of the curriculum and business processes that the Faculty of Law Unair usually carries out. After the discussion was correctly conveyed, then the visit was closed. FH Unair hopes that the visits from the two institutions will further strengthen Unair’s position as the best Faculty of Law in Indonesia and as the implementing patron of study programs at the Faculty of Law at universities in eastern Indonesia.
