UNAIR NEWS– To seek excellent seeds as a kafilah (contingent) which will represent university in Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran Mahasiswa (MTQM) in July, 51动漫 held a selection for all students.The event held on on Sunday, March 18 was also attended by some students from Off Main Campus Study Program (PSDKU) in Banyuwangi.
The activity at Ulul Azmi Mosque, Campus C UNAIR, was also attended by UNAIR Student Affairs Director M. Hadi Subhan Dr., SH., MH., C.N. Before opening the event, Hadi told all participants to be passionate in following the activity and as them to try as well as possible to improve the achievements from the previous year.
In these activities, there are 12 categories, Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran, Musabaqah Tartilil Quran, Musabaqah Hifzhil Quran 3 juz, Musabaqah Hifzhil Quran 5 juz, Musabaqah Hifzhil Quran 10 juz, Musabaqah Fahmil Quran, Musabaqah Syahril Quran, Musabaqah Khaththil Quran, Musabaqah Al-Quran Scientific Writing, Al-Quran Scientific Debate in Arabic, Al-Quran Scientific Debate in English, and Musabaqah Al-Quran Computer App Development.
Achmad Shiddiq Ali Madurijal as the coordinator of the activity stated that all UNAIR students can follow the selection.The maximum age is 23 years.In addition, UNAIR students in Banyuwangi were also invited to participate in the selection.
Shiddiq added that in the future the winners will get coaching.The coaching is mandatory for the winner of the selection.The committee also opened the opportunity for participants who have not won the selection to follow the coaching.In the coaching, participants who are selected and not selected got the same opportunity to participate in the MTQM competition represents UNAIR.
“In this coaching, there will be further selection.Later the coaches will determine who can actually join to be a UNAIR caravan.So, this selection is only as a motivation, ” said the Biology student 2015.
Looking at a pretty good achievement in the previous year, this year the committee has other targets, to enter the top five national best.At the end of the day, Shiddiq hoped that with this activity, the best candidates will be able to improve the achievements of UNAIR and foster student love and motivate them to be more eager to learn the Quran.(*)
